These Terms of Service are made available free of charge on the website in a manner that allows Users to download, store, and reproduce them at any time, including by printing or saving to a device.
2. Scope of Services
The Service Provider offers the following electronic services:
2.1. Newsletter
A newsletter containing educational content on painting and drawing, updates (posts), information about courses, and temporary promotional offers. Access to the course is time‑limited through periodic password changes (every 2–3 months). The course consists of 8 lessons and concludes with the issuance of a Certificate of Completion in PDF format. Access is individual and non‑transferable. The password must not be shared with third parties.
2.2. Contact Form
A form enabling Users to send inquiries to the Service Provider. The form is not used for subscribing to the newsletter.
2.3. Promotional Offers
Temporary promotional pricing for the newsletter, available to Users subscribed to the newsletter.
2.4 Certificate of Course Completion
A PDF certificate sent to the User upon completion of the course.
3. Payment Terms
3.1.
The course price may change over time and is offered in two pricing options:
- Promotional price: 80 EUR
- Regular price: 110 EUR
3.2.
Payment for the course is a one‑time fee processed via the Stripe payment operator. The purchase of the Painting and You — START course includes access to 8 lessons delivered in the form of a newsletter over a period of 2–3 months. The course consists of 8 lessons provided either all at once (in a single email) or gradually (one lesson per week). The course begins when the first lesson is made available. The course price includes access to the educational materials and a Certificate of Completion in PDF format. It does not include additional consultations or individual services unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Withdrawal and Refunds
4.1.
The User has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days from the date of payment, in accordance with Article 27 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, unless the User agrees to the immediate start of the course before the withdrawal period expires and is informed that, once the course begins, the right of withdrawal is lost (Article 38 point 13 of the Act).
4.2.
Once the first lesson of the course has been delivered, the User loses the right to withdraw from the agreement, pursuant to Article 38 point 13 of the Consumer Rights Act.
4.3.
Refunds are issued to the same account from which the payment was made, within 14 days of confirming the validity of the refund request.
5. Personal Data Protection
5.1.
Users’ personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).
5.2.
Personal data is collected through:
- contact forms, newsletter subscription forms, course submission forms, and discount forms (Forminator),
- newsletter services (Mailchimp),
- payment transactions (Stripe),
- website hosting (dhosting.pl),
- security and anti‑spam mechanisms (hCaptcha).
5.3.
The User has the right to access their data, rectify it, delete it, restrict its processing, and object to its processing.
5.4.
Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area unless required for integrations with Mailchimp (USA). Such transfers take place in accordance with applicable data protection safeguards.
5.5.
The website uses cookies in accordance with the script provided by the hosting provider and the configuration of the DAEXT Lightweight Cookie Notice Pro plugin.
5.6.

6. Copyright
6.1.
All content, images, educational materials, and graphic elements published on the website and in the newsletter are protected by copyright and are the property of the Service Provider.
6.2.
Copying, distributing, publishing, or using these materials without the written consent of the Service Provider is strictly prohibited.
7. Final Provisions
7.1.
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be published on the website.
7.2.
In the event of significant changes to the Terms of Service, Users will be informed by email or through a notice on the website.
7.3.
Subscribers are required to read and accept the Terms of Service before signing up for the newsletter.
7.4.
These Terms of Service enter into force on 10 April 2026.
