Diagonalism, Drapery, Drawing, Diptych
Diagonalism. A compositional principle in which diagonal arrangements are emphasised.
Drapery. Fabric arranged in decorative folds. A frequent element of Baroque interior design. Draperies were imitated in various materials — wood, stucco, stone, and others.
Drawing.
Diptych. A form of artwork consisting of two parts — often used in sacred art. It may be painted or sculpted (see also triptych).
