On the creator and his dream
The creator lives in dialogue with time. He paints not only for himself, but for those who will come after. His works — sometimes modest, sometimes monumental — may gain new meaning only years later.
I intend to create a total of four original online courses in painting and drawing.
Each of them — like the first course, Painting and You – START — will offer practical artistic guidance. But none will provide a formula for producing a hand-painted picture because painting is not handicraft.
Instead, each course will offer a collection of insights into how to work with artistic materials in a way that helps you define your creative interests, shape your own style, and avoid damaging your talent — or at the very least, preserve your artistic abilities. All within the framework outlined by each course title.
Please forgive me — this will take time. There’s no need to wait until all the courses are available. I plan to release one course per year, which means the full set may appear no earlier than four years from 2025.
Of course, in times when so many things unfold beyond prediction, I cannot promise this with certainty — only express my intention.
